Applications and Appeals to the Tribunal
We are keen to encourage patients to choose the type of hearing they have – in person, video or telephone conference – and, where possible to hold that type of hearing. Requests for Alteration of Hearing Date, Time or Place (civil and CORO cases)

The above form should be used for requests to change the date of a hearing under rule 57. Requests to adjourn which are made close to the date of a hearing should be sent with an explanation of the reason for seeking adjournment, and the position of other attendees if at all possible.
